Focus training programs have three major steps. At each stage, you are given a set of activities. Every day you are supposed to listen to the executive trainer. This executive time consists of half your day’s practice.  You are also required to attend sessions in which you can discuss things with your fellow participants. During these discussion sessions, a lot of people might not agree with you. This is where you have to apply behavioral skills.

Other aspects of training include the building of high performing teams, action planning and group discussions for outdoor team building. Focus training also teaches you the suitable use of the behavioral tool for team building. These sessions end with interactive feedbacks so that you can enhance your vision and learn to analyze things. A conclusion session is held to chalk out potential strategies. This leads to a testing session. And final result is then presented to the senior manager.
